Trinity Apex Land Assemblage Project

1200+/- acres was purchased, optioned, engineered and entitled for a Master planned mixed use development with uses that include 2.5 million square feet of retail space, 1.5 million square feet of office space, 1500 attached units and 4000 single-family units.
This is the largest approved land development project and annexation to the Town of Apex, NC. Once Entitlement was complete, one parcel (Pemberly) was sold to a National Home Builder for development of 230 Homes, one parcel was sold to a Retail Developer (Jessie Commons), and the balance of the project was sold to a Real Estate Fund.
This site is strategically located within 15 minutes of Research Triangle Park, Raleigh, and adjacent to Cary. The property boundaries are the I-540 Outer Loop, Highway 55, and US-1 in Apex NC.
