With over 40 years in the real estate industry, Kent Cummings began his journey in the industry in the 1980’s in his families business and founded Idlewild Management with a vision to transform undervalued properties into high-performing assets.

His leadership has guided the company through market cycles, overseeing the completion of more than 30 major projects and driving over $200 million in revenue.

Kent’s expertise in development, finance, and strategic planning is the foundation of Idlewild’s success.
