Bringing together a 35+ year history in Real Estate Development, Construction, Management, Consulting, and Finance, Idlewild Management specializes in long-term major residential and commercial real estate projects across North Carolina and South Carolina.
Idlewild Management and related entities have developed more than 30 projects including residential single- and multi-family projects, office for lease, office for sale, land acquisition and development for residential, commercial, and retail mixed-use. The majority of these projects have taken place in Wake County, NC, with three projects in the coastal areas of North and South Carolina. Collectively, these projects have generated more than $200 million in revenue.
